person with your concerns are at the centre of my therapeutic work. I do not work strictly according to a certain approach or a certain school.
It is more important for me to find out together what your wishes and needs are. Since these are different for everyone, I use different (therapeutic) approaches depending on the context. This
can be informative or counselling. When it makes sense, we work with ego states (inner parts) and use elements from psychodrama where, for example, the different parts can say what they would
like to say. Where words are missing, physical or artistic-creative-therapeutic aspects can help. We will use what you might need to be able to continue on your personal path, even if it is not
