Grau
Was für ein Tag. Grau ist die herrschende Farbe die übergeht in ein schwarz. Während ich so zur Arbeit fahre, eigentlich so gar keine Lust habe bei dem Wetter
raus zu gehen und lieber zu Hause oder in der Praxis werkeln würde, blicke ich in dieses nass graue Berlin. Heute muss ich mich einer Struktur anpassen, die entgegen meiner Bedürfnisse ist.
Entsprechend hoch bin ich motiviert. Das Einzige was mich tröstet ist das ich weiß, dass es auch wieder andere Phasen gibt. Woher ich das weiß? Weil ich es erlebt habe. Weil ich diese Struktur
für mich ausgewählt habe und insgesamt super zufrieden damit bin.
Nur nicht heute.
Manchmal gibt es solche Tage indem alles grau erscheint. Gönn dir dieses Grau. Mach eine Pause wenn du kannst. Vielleicht fängst du an nach zu denken.
Vielleicht kommen Gefühle hoch, die gefühlt werden wollen. Vielleicht merkst du, du möchtest etwas ändern oder du merkst es ist "gut" wie es ist.
Und mir fällt auch ein, während ich so nachdenke. Grau ist auch die Königin der Farbe. Sie enthält alle anderen Farben und ist mit jeder beliebigen
kombinierbar. Also, vielleicht wird das Grau auch gerne mal unterschätzt🌈

Gray
What a day. Grey is the predominant color that fades into black. As I drive to work, not really feeling like going out in this weather and preferring to work at home or in the office, I look out
over this wet, gray Berlin. Today I have to adapt to a structure that is contrary to my needs. My motivation is correspondingly high. The only thing that comforts me is that I know there will be
other phases. How do I know that? Because I have experienced it. Because I have chosen this structure for myself and am super happy with it overall.
Just not today.
Sometimes there are days like this when everything seems gray. Allow yourself this gray. Take a break when you can. Maybe you'll start to think. Maybe feelings come up that want to be felt. Maybe
you realize you want to change something or you realize it's "good" the way it is.
And it also occurs to me while I'm thinking like this. Grey is also the queen of color. It contains all other colors and can be combined with any of them. So, maybe gray is sometimes
underestimated🌈
