Das neue Jahr hat begonnen. Na wie war´s bei euch? Verkatert? Habt ihr euch Neujahrsvorsätze vorgenommen? Evtl. mal was neues im Bett probieren? Wir sind noch in der BDSM-Woche, wie wäre es denn
mal mit Soft-SM? Ja ihr müsst ja nicht gleich in die vollen gehen. Soft-SM ist eine veraltete Bezeichnung für Spielarten, in dem BDSM-Elemte miteingefügt werden, wie z.B. Sinnesentzug (Augen
verbinden), Heiß-kalt-Spiele (Wachs vs. Eiswüfel), Spanking oder Fesselspiele in Kombination mit sonstigem. Den Fesselspielen oder auch Bondage genannt widme ich mich mal ausführlicher eine
Woche, da hier sich bei vielen die Geister scheiden.
Probiert euch durch, aber probiert es nur aus, wenn ihr beide wirklich interesse bzw. ein wenig neugierig geworden seid (einvernehmlich ist das Stichwort). Wie oft macht man etwas dem/r ParterIn
zu liebe und merkt, oh das ist nicht meins, sagt es aber nicht? Tut euch einen gefallen, sprecht es aus. Wenn ihr angst habt ihn/sie deswegen zu verlieren, ist es vielleicht nicht der/die
Richtige.
Allen anderen viel Spaß beim experimentieren. Hier noch etwas informatives, warum Schmerz durchaus Lust bereiten kann:
Das Schmerz- und das Lustzentrum liegen nah beieinander. Durch den Schmerz werden Endorphine (sog. Glückshormone) ausgeschütteet, die zu einem Rauschzustand führen können, dem sog. „Subspace“.
Befindet sich jemand im Subspace sollte Dom pausieren um Sub den Zustand auskosten lassen zu können. Sub befindet sich in einem tranceähnlichen Zustand, bei dem sie/er eh nicht kommunizieren
kann.
Als Anfänger heißt es herantasten an den Lustschmerz. Nach jeder „Bestrafung“ folgt eine „Liebkosung“ oder umgekehrt, also ganz getreu dem Motto „Zuckerbrot und Peitsche.“
